About Me

I've been married 16 years and have 8 kids. 5 amazing girls and 3 great boys. It's a wonderful life!*winks* I am a stay at home Mom with a terrible habit of collecting fabric and books. My stash is always growing. I tend to think of them as my personal riches, I can't get enough. My books are all hobby related. I have knitting books, sewing books, embroidery books, carving books, cook books and toy collecting books.
A few years ago, I started sewing for the ball jointed dolls. I have a revolving collection as they can be expensive. I buy and sell throughout the year and I love a good trade. My sewing tends to slow down during the Summer months as I also love gardening and am trying to get my kids interested as well. My 11 year old son will spend a lot of time outside with me. Hopefully in the months to follow, I will have pics of my garden to add to the blog...
